These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Towerific (the "Game"), a mobile application developed and published by Shayona ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not download or play the Game. Please also review our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and describes how we handle data.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Towerific is a hyper-casual, free-to-play mobile game available on iOS (iPhone) via the Apple App Store and on Android via the Google Play Store. The objective of the Game is to stack coloured blocks as high as possible to build a tower, testing your timing and precision.

The Game is available free of charge. Optional in-app purchases are available to enhance your experience. No purchase is required to enjoy the core gameplay.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Shayona grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to download and play the Game for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on any iOS or Android device that you own or control.

This licence is effective until terminated by you or by us. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with these Terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Game and delete it from your devices.
Towerific offers two types of in-app purchases, processed by the platform store (Apple App Store on iOS; Google Play Store on Android):
4a. Consumable Coin Packs (×6, $0.99 – $14.99)
Coin packs are consumable virtual items — they provide in-game coins that are spent on power-ups and content within the Game. Coins are earned for free through gameplay and coin packs are optional shortcuts only. This includes a one-time "Welcome Offer" (2,000 coins for $1.99) shown to new players for 24 hours after their first launch. Consumable purchases:
4b. Non-Consumable — Remove Ads ($2.99)
"Remove Ads" is a non-consumable in-app purchase. It permanently removes banner, interstitial, and app-open advertisements from the Game. Rewarded ads (opt-in video ads that grant the player free coins) remain available as they are a player benefit. Non-consumable purchases:

No refund policy: All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by the applicable store's policies or by consumer protection law. Shayona does not independently process refunds.

Financial information: Shayona never receives, stores, or processes your payment card details, Apple ID / Google account credentials, or any other financial information. All such data is handled exclusively by the respective platform store.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities when using the Game:
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your licence to use the Game and, where applicable, may be reported to relevant authorities.
All content within the Game — including but not limited to the game code, design, artwork, graphics, animations, user interface, audio, music, sound effects, gameplay mechanics, game logic, brand name, logo, and any other creative elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of Shayona and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You acknowledge that:
Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and applicable law, and we reserve all rights to seek remedies.
The Game is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Shayona expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
We do not guarantee that the Game will always be available, updated, or compatible with future iOS or Android versions or device models. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game (or any feature thereof) at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.
Nothing in these Terms shall affect any statutory rights you may have as a consumer that cannot be excluded or waived under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Shayona and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Game.
This includes, without limitation:
Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our total liability to you shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) the equivalent of USD $10.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.
The Game contains display advertisements served by Google AdMob, using AdMob's mediation platform to route requests to additional ad networks — currently Unity Ads and Meta Audience Network — to increase ad fill. These ads help us offer the Game free of charge to all players.
By using the Game, you acknowledge that:
If you encounter an advertisement you believe is inappropriate, harmful, or in violation of applicable regulations, please contact us using the details in Section 13 and we will escalate the matter to the relevant ad network.
Ad personalisation is governed by your App Tracking Transparency (ATT) consent on iOS, or your Google Advertising ID settings on Android — see our Privacy Policy for details.
Remove Ads: Users who purchase the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase (Section 4b) will no longer receive banner, interstitial, or app-open advertisements. Rewarded ads remain available as an opt-in feature that allows players to earn free in-game coins.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Game, at our sole discretion, with or without notice and without liability, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination, your licence to use the Game ceases immediately. You remain bound by the provisions of these Terms that by their nature survive termination, including Sections 6 (Intellectual Property), 7 (Disclaimers), and 8 (Limitation of Liability).
You may stop using the Game at any time by deleting it from your device.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection laws that provide you with greater rights, those laws may apply to you in addition to or in lieu of the above.
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Changes may also be noted in the App Store or Google Play release notes for the relevant app update.
Your continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using and uninstall the Game.
