Towerific ("the Game", "we", "our", or "us") is a free-to-play mobile game developed by Shayona, available on the Apple App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). We are committed to protecting your privacy.
This Privacy Policy explains what information is and is not collected when you play the Game, how advertising is served, and how your in-app purchases are handled. It applies equally to both the iOS and Android versions. By downloading and playing the Game, you agree to this policy.

We have no backend servers that receive gameplay data. Your experience is entirely local to your device.
The Game saves certain gameplay information locally on your device using platform-standard storage (UserDefaults / local file system on iOS; SharedPreferences / local file system on Android). This data never leaves your device and is not accessible by us. It includes:
This data is deleted automatically when you uninstall the Game. We have no ability to recover it once deleted.
The Game is free to play and is supported by advertising. We use Google AdMob (a service provided by Google LLC) to serve advertisements within the Game, using AdMob's mediation platform to route ad requests to additional ad networks — currently Unity Ads and Meta Audience Network — to help fill more ad requests. All ads are still requested and served through the same AdMob SDK integrated in the Game; the mediated networks may be shown instead of AdMob's own inventory depending on which network's bid or fill is selected for a given ad request.
What AdMob and its mediation partners may collect: Google AdMob and its mediation partners (Unity Ads, Meta Audience Network) may collect and use your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS / Google Advertising ID on Android), as well as general device and usage information, to serve ads that may be relevant to you. On iOS this requires your consent via the App Tracking Transparency prompt (see Section 5). On Android, you can opt out via your device's ad settings (see Section 5).

We do not control the content of ads served by AdMob or its mediation partners and are not responsible for the data practices of Google, Unity, Meta, or any other advertising partner.
Remove Ads purchase: Users who purchase the "Remove Ads" in-app purchase will no longer see banner, interstitial, or app-open advertisements. Rewarded ads (opt-in video ads the player voluntarily watches to earn free coins) remain available regardless of this purchase, as they are a player benefit rather than an interruption. When ads are removed, AdMob is simply not called for those ad types — no additional data is collected.
iOS — App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
In compliance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework (iOS 14.5+), the Game may present you with a system prompt asking whether you consent to tracking your activity across other companies' apps and websites.

Android — Google Advertising ID
On Android, Google AdMob may use your Google Advertising ID (GAID) to serve personalised ads. You can opt out of ad personalisation at any time:
Towerific can send you local reminder notifications — for example, a nudge to keep your daily streak alive or a heads-up that the weekly leaderboard has reset. The Game will request notification permission via the standard iOS system prompt after you've played a few rounds.
These notifications are scheduled entirely on your device. We do not operate a push-notification server, and no data about you or your gameplay is sent anywhere to schedule or deliver them.
On Android (13+), the Game will request the POST_NOTIFICATIONS permission the first time you enable reminders. You can grant or revoke this at any time in your device settings.

Towerific offers the following in-app purchases, processed by the platform store (Apple App Store on iOS; Google Play Store on Android):
Consumable coin packs (×6): Optional coin packs at six price points ($0.99 – $14.99), including a one-time "Welcome Offer" (2,000 coins for $1.99) shown to new players for 24 hours after their first launch. Coins are an in-game virtual currency earned through gameplay or purchased as an optional shortcut. Consumable purchases are spent and cannot be restored once used.
Non-consumable — Remove Ads ($2.99): A one-time purchase that permanently removes banner, interstitial, and app-open advertisements. Rewarded ads (opt-in) remain available. As a non-consumable purchase, this entitlement can be restored on a new device or after reinstallation using the Restore Purchases button available on the Get Coins screen.
Payment processing:
We, Shayona, never receive, process, or store your payment card details, Apple ID / Google account credentials, or any other financial information.

The Game integrates the following third-party services. Each service is governed by its own privacy policy and terms.
We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third-party services. We encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
Towerific is a casual tower-stacking game suitable for players of all ages. The Game is rated suitable for all audiences on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). Because we collect no personal data at all, the Game is safe for children to play.
However, ad personalisation prompts relate to advertising identifiers. For children under 13, parents or guardians should manage these settings:

Because Towerific does not transmit any gameplay data to external servers, the primary security consideration is the protection of your device's local storage, which is managed by the platform's security model (iOS sandboxing and data protection APIs; Android app sandboxing and scoped storage).
For advertising data, Google AdMob communicates with Google's servers over encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. We do not have control over these communications, but Google employs industry-standard security practices.
For in-app purchases, all payment data is handled exclusively by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android) secure payment infrastructure. We never receive or store payment credentials.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. However, given that we collect no personal data, the risk of a data breach affecting your personal information through our Game is minimal.
Because we do not collect or store personal data on our servers, many traditional data subject rights (access, rectification, portability) are not directly applicable. However, you have the following controls:

We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. If you continue to use the Game after changes are posted, you are deemed to have accepted the updated policy.
