My coins didn't appear after a purchase — what do I do?
First, close and reopen the app. If coins are still missing, go to the Shop → Offers tab and tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the page. If the issue persists, email us with your order details:
iOS Your Apple Order ID from your purchase confirmation email.
Android Your Google Play Order ID from your purchase confirmation email or Google Play → Account → Order History.
Can I get a refund on a coin pack?
All refunds are handled by the platform store:
iOS Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
Android Open Google Play → Account → Order History, find the purchase, and tap "Request a Refund". Alternatively visit Google Play Refund Help.
I lost my progress / coins after reinstalling the app.
Progress and coins are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app will remove all local data. We recommend not uninstalling if you have coins you wish to keep. Unfortunately, we cannot restore locally lost data remotely.
Note: the Remove Ads purchase is tied to your store account and can always be restored via Shop → Offers → Restore Purchases.
The game crashes or has a bug — how do I report it?
Please email us at akashmangukiya10@gmail.com with:
iOS Your device model (e.g. iPhone 15 Pro) and iOS version.
Android Your device model (e.g. Samsung Galaxy S24) and Android version.
Also include a description of what happened. Screenshots or screen recordings are very helpful.
Is Neon Crowd Runner free to play?
Yes — the game is completely free to download and play. It is supported by ads (banners, interstitials, and app open ads). You can remove all non-rewarded ads with a one-time "Remove Ads" purchase in the Shop → Offers tab. Rewarded ads are always optional and only shown when you choose to watch one to earn a bonus.
What in-app purchases are available?
We offer the following optional purchases:
• Remove Ads — permanent one-time purchase; removes banner, interstitial, and app open ads
• Starter Pack — limited-time offer: 500 coins + 1 Shield Boost + 1 Doubler Boost
• Coin packs: 500, 1,100, 2,300, 5,500, and 13,000 coins
Prices are shown in your local currency in the Shop. All purchases are processed by Apple (iOS) or Google (Android).
How do I turn off notifications?
iOS Go to Settings → Neon Crowd Runner → Notifications and toggle off.
Android Go to Settings → Apps → Neon Crowd Runner → Notifications and disable.
You can also toggle notifications inside the game via the Settings screen.
