Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or playing Neon Crowd Runner ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms apply to all platforms on which the Game is available, including iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play Store). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Game.

Licence to Play

Shayona grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play the Game solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Game or any part of it
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game
• Use the Game for commercial purposes without written permission
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Game
• Use cheats, bots, or automation tools to gain unfair advantages

In-App Purchases

The Game offers optional in-app purchases including coin packs, a Starter Pack, and a Remove Ads upgrade. All purchases are processed by the platform's official store:

• iOS Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store
• Android Purchases are processed by Google through Google Play

• Coin pack purchases are consumable — coins are spent within the game
• Remove Ads is a non-consumable one-time purchase, permanently linked to your store account
• Prices are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase
• Purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law
• Virtual coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Coins are stored on your device and may be lost if you uninstall the Game

Advertising

The Game is free to play and supported by advertising through Google AdMob. Ads may be shown in the following formats: banner ads, interstitial ads, app open ads, and optional rewarded ads (which you choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards).

• Rewarded ads are always optional — you are never forced to watch them
• Purchasing the Remove Ads upgrade removes banner, interstitial, and app open ads
• Rewarded ads remain available after purchasing Remove Ads, as they are opt-in only

Virtual Currency and Items

Coins and any in-game items are virtual goods. They are licensed, not sold, to you. Shayona reserves the right to manage, modify, or eliminate virtual goods at any time.

• Virtual goods have no monetary value outside the Game
• You may not sell, trade, or transfer virtual goods to other users
• Shayona is not responsible for loss of virtual goods due to device failure, data loss, or uninstallation

Age Requirements

The Game is suitable for players of all ages. If you are under 13 years old (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction), you must have parental or guardian consent before making any in-app purchases.

Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring in-app purchase activity by minors. We recommend using the following parental controls to restrict purchases:

• iOS Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions → iTunes & App Store Purchases
• Android Google Play → Settings → Parental Controls, or Google Family Link

Intellectual Property

All content within the Game — including but not limited to graphics, artwork, animations, sound effects, music, user interface design, and game mechanics — is owned by or licensed to Shayona and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

"Neon Crowd Runner" and associated branding are trademarks of Shayona. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Shayona does not warrant that:

• The Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or bug-free
• Any defects will be corrected
• The Game is free from viruses or harmful components
• The results of playing the Game will meet your expectations

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shayona shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Game, including but not limited to:

• Loss of virtual goods or in-game progress
• Device damage or data loss
• Costs of substitute goods or services

Shayona's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Updates and Changes to the Game

Shayona reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Game (or any feature thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Game.

Updates may be required to continue playing. If you do not accept an update, you may not be able to access the Game.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
