Shayona ("we", "our", "us") operates the Orbit Blast mobile application (the "App") on both Android (Google Play) and iOS (App Store). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information regardless of which platform you use.
Orbit Blast does not directly collect or store personal information. The App does not require account creation, login, or any form of registration.
All game progress, preferences, and settings are stored locally on your device and are not accessible to us.
However, the App integrates third-party services (described in Section 2) that may automatically collect certain data as described in their own privacy policies.
The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements (banner, app open, interstitial, and rewarded formats) on both Android and iOS. AdMob may collect the following data to serve and measure ads:
| Data Type | Purpose | Platform | Linked to You? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Advertising ID (GAID) | Ad targeting and frequency capping | Android | No |
| Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) | Ad targeting and frequency capping | iOS | No |
| Coarse Location (country / region) | Geographically relevant ads | Android iOS | No |
| App usage and interaction data | Ad performance analytics | Android iOS | No |
| Device model and OS version | Ad format optimisation | Android iOS | No |
iOS The App does not implement an App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission prompt. AdMob therefore operates in a privacy-preserving limited-ads mode and does not serve personalised ads based on cross-app tracking unless the user has independently granted tracking permission at the iOS system level (Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).

The App uses Google AdMob's mediation platform to route some ad requests to additional ad networks — Meta Audience Network and Unity Ads — when they can serve a higher-value ad than AdMob's own inventory. These partners may independently collect the following data when they serve an ad:
| Data Type | Purpose | Platform | Linked to You? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Advertising ID (GAID) | Ad targeting and frequency capping | Android | No |
| Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) | Ad targeting and frequency capping | iOS | No |
| App usage and interaction data | Ad performance analytics | Android iOS | No |
| Device model, OS version, and coarse location | Ad format optimisation and geographically relevant ads | Android iOS | No |
These networks operate under the same opt-out controls described in Section 2a — disabling your advertising identifier or tracking permission at the device level applies to all ad networks, not just AdMob.

The App offers optional in-app purchases (Gem Packs and Remove All Ads) processed by the platform store on your device. We do not collect, receive, or store your payment or billing information.
Players who purchase "Remove All Ads" will have banner, app open, and interstitial advertisements permanently disabled. The purchase status is verified via the platform store and recorded locally on device. No personal data is collected or transmitted by us in connection with this purchase.
Rewarded ads are not affected by this purchase. Rewarded ads (the optional "Watch Ad to Continue" prompt shown at game over) are entirely user-initiated — the player actively chooses to watch one in exchange for continuing their game. These remain available after purchasing Remove All Ads.
To restore a previously purchased Remove All Ads entitlement on a new or reinstalled device, tap Settings → Restore Purchases within the App.
All data generated by the App itself (game progress, settings, high scores, purchase status) is stored locally on your device. We do not operate servers that collect or store user data. Google AdMob and its mediation partners (Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads) may transmit advertising-related data to their own servers as described in their respective privacy policies.
The App is rated Everyone / 4+ and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The App does not include user accounts, social features, or direct communication tools.
Third-party advertising via AdMob and its mediation partners is configured without personalised targeting. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and equivalent regulations worldwide.
Since we do not directly collect personal data, there is no personal information held by us to access, modify, or delete. For data held by our advertising partners (Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads), you may exercise your rights under applicable law by contacting them directly or by adjusting your device privacy and advertising settings as described in Section 2a.
You can remove all locally stored App data by uninstalling the App from your device.
We may update this Privacy Policy when we introduce new features or third-party services. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
